Clothes Aid is a well established social business. We collect donated clothing across the UK, which is sold to customers in Eastern Europe, to raise money for a number of our Charity partners including the NSPCC. Collecting high volumes of good quality clothing is essential to realising our aim.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Analyst – fluent in English and Russian, to take responsibility for developing methods of increasing both the volume and quality of second hand clothes collected across the UK.
The job is made up of two linked roles: an analytical and a performance improvement role.
Do you have:

Evidence based knowledge of QA; experience of setting and achieving quality targets and improvement measures (Ideally with a background in quality assurance).

A proven track record of analysing information systems (database etc) to set and achieve excellent improvement results

Strong technical and problem solving skills including the use of IT systems, including Microsoft and other relevant data packages

A solution focused, problem solving, result orientated attitude to improvement planning

Excellent customer relations & consultation skills

Strong self management: planning, goal/target setting, organisational skills

A flexible approach to work – able to work without restrictions in areas across the UK

A current full driving licence, with no bans or convictions
