Introduction:
Demob Job Ltd is an established ex Armed Forces Recruitment Agency working to high ethical and recruitment industry related standards. We are now looking to recruit an additional recruitment consultant.
Please note that although we are an ex Forces Recruitment Agency applicants DO NOT have to have a military background.
The successful candidate will be self motivated to sell our specialist recruitment service to potential new clients and will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and candidates. For the candidate who possesses the personality and skills required you will receive full training along with sponsorship to gain professional recruitment industry recognised qualifications.
Salary will be £18,000 plus the ability to earn high On Target Earnings (OTE) through our target related commission structure. Therefore your earning potential is unlimited.
As a recruitment consultant you will be self-motivated, resilient and target driven, working in a professional environment that is sales related. Working hours are 0900 hrs – 1700 hrs Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:

- New business development.
- Management of existing client accounts.
- Candidate interviews and CV submissions.
- Arranging interviews and closing deals. Applicant Requirements: Essential:
- Recruitment or Human Resources (HR) background, either gained in the Military (RAF, Army, Navy) or civilian environment.
- Presentable.
- Highly organised.
- Excellent communications skills, both aural and written.
- Discreet, honest and reliable.
- Self-motivated.
- Team member.
- Able to handle rejection.
- Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Packages along with the Internet and email.
- Willing to undertake training and personal development.
Desirable: - Holder of Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) qualification.
