Introduction
The CEO of this company is ex Navy, his training helped him build from scratch an extremely successful Financial Services Company in Dubai, he is very keen to invite Ex-Services Personnel to become fully trained as Financial Wealth Mangers – it is his belief that the training you have had in the Services gives you the best possible start to become a success within his profession.
You would realistically earn over £70,000 in the first year and over £170,000 thereafter.
The Company
The company is an award winning International Business; it took the financial downfall to task and grew by offering secure products to its Clients. Their head offices are in Dubai, the business is headed up by a British CEO who started the business from scratch. His determination, integrity, professionalism and training from his Services background has been the driving force behind the success of the business.
Their products range from financial protection to investments – for example tax savings on their pensions, moving bank accounts to offshore banks, Sipps and Trusts.
They have become the foremost provider of financial planning solutions in the United Arab Emirates. They regularly feature on the television and radio; they are on the panel of experts for Gulf News, Investment International and are frequently asked to comment in Property International Middle East, Human Assets and Policy magazines.
The Role
The business will train you to be fully competent to advice on their range of products. You will be able to start selling the services to Clients within a few weeks of completing an initial training course – ongoing training is also provided.
Once fully trained you will have appointments made for you by a dedicated team of Business Development Managers – the majority of these appointment come from Client Referral.
You will be assigned to a Vice President, who will work with you to help you develop your business opportunities within the company, The VP’s within the business started as Wealth Managers, as the business grows career progression could be offered to you.
Whist being employed by the company you will paid on success only as is standard with this industry, fees are paid fortnightly and are at the top end of industry payouts. Whilst you build up your business portfolio you will need to support yourself, this can take up to three months.
