This is a key operational role within the Fuels business that focuses on internal supply chain within location. This position ensures the positive ongoing relationship with transport providers to ensure our products are delivered on time, on budget to our customer in a complex, dangerous and ever changing environment. The Assistant Operations Controller – Distribution must provide ongoing solutions to supply chain challenges that meet or exceed the customer’s expectations.

The person must identify, evaluate and employ the most efficient supply method available for each parcel of business and ensure that these methods combine to increase overall profit to the Fuels business.

The position demands that transport activities and supply chain is efficient and effective with a view to adding value to the organisation by reducing costs and minimising working capital required.
