• Manage the passage of communications and information from all resident BU, Contractors and Support units on all matters relating to Fuel Operations.
• Conflict resolution.

• Lead the Fuel operations.
• Establish and maintain a working relationship with all Fuel customers.
• Participate in team activities and meetings for the achievement of organisational goals.
• Ensure that QHSE standards and conditions are meet and maintained.
• Provide direction to enhance operational cohesion through development of Fuel initiatives.
• Provide over watch and direction to Fuel Operation Managers.
• Ensure the highest Environmental standards are maintained and initiatives are developed.

• Provide Top cover for the Operation Manager’s to ensure a seamless continuum of Fuel deliveries.
• Anticipate war-stoppers that may effect Fuel operations.
• Manage the maintenance and running of Key Fuel infrastructure.
• Manage the financial aspects of Fuel operations in consultation with the Fuels Finance Manager.
• Manage customer expectations.
• Be prepared to assume the role of Senior Management.
