Job Title: Camp Manager
Description

 

 Communications
  • Manage the passage of communications and information from all resident BU, Contractors and Support units on all matters relating to Camp infrastructure, services and life support.
  • Conflict resolution .
 
Leadership
  • Manage the Camp infrastructure and service support personnel .
  • Establish and maintain a working relationship with all resident stakeholders.
  • Participate in team activities and meetings for the achievement of organisational goals.
  • Ensure that QHSE standards and conditions are meet and maintained.
  • Provide direction to enhance operational cohesion through development of MWR initiatives, ensuring food and shelter is maintained at the highest levels.
  • Provide over watch and direction to essential Health and safety personnel.
  • Ensure the highest Environmental standards are maintained and initiatives are developed.
  • Provide the Service support Teams with training and development opportunities to enhance themselves personally and professionally.
 
Management
  • Manage the Camp Infrastructure.
  • Manage the MWR initiative.
  • Manage the maintenance and running of essential life support services.
  • Manage the throughput of personnel accommodated.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the Camp support services in consultation with the Fuels Finance Manager.
  • Manage the Camp Accommodation plan with resident Admin Managers.
  • Manage the preparation of detailed briefs for resident personnel
  • Manage customer expectations.
  • Be prepared to assume the role of Senior Management.

All other tasks as directed.
