| Job Title – Branch Manager
Salary - £30,000 pa
Location - Essex
We are working with an innovative company who are looking to recruit a Branch Manager. This position comes with a competitive salary circa £30k and a generous benefits package including annual bonus, overtime and 25 days holiday per year.
Based in Essex you will be responsible for a team of approx 15 Cash in Transit drivers who will be delivering high value goods around the London region. You will be expected to manage this team on a day to day basis, responsibilities include:-
•Train, coach and develop staff up to and beyond a competent skill level for the duties involved.
•Allocate and delegate work accordingly.
•Motivate staff and maintain good staff relations
•Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to Company rules and procedures
•Ensure all staff know the work standards and personal standards which are expected
•Ensure staff resources are available.
•Ensure Company Health and Safety guidelines are complied with, and followed.
•Undertake any other duties deemed reasonable by the Company.
Experience in Cash in Transit management or security management would be preferred but not essential.
