Introduction:
Our client is part of a National group and is a specialist division providing a full range of refurbishment and interior fit-out services: These include Shop fitting (single site or national chains), Retail specialist refurbishment, Design & build, Suspended ceilings, Temporary fire hoardings & security boardings, Painting & decorating and 24/7 maintenance and call-out services.
This is done by implementing industry leading standards of quality control, budget & deadline management, and client information systems.
Previous clients and work have included Offices, Retail Premises, Shopping Centres, Public and Healthcare services, Banks, Building societies and the MOD.
Due to increased workload and new contracts they are now looking for Site Managers who have managed projects with values in the region of £100K+.
Applicant Requirements:
- Able to work throughout the UK as this position will require periods away from home.
- Ability to Write Risk Assessment & Method Statements
- Ability to Manage Finishes to a High Standard
- Familiarity with refurbishment projects to the value of £100K+
- Client & Architect Liaison
- Management of Staff
- Recognised Industry Qualifications.
- CSCS Managers Card
