A Manufacturing Engineer is required for a contract role working within a defence electronics organisation. The role will involve working with the team to support the manufacturing division on a current project. The position will involve working with the Production Manager to be the technical interface between projects and the production department. Key responsibilities will involve supporting the manufacturing and testing activities ensuring the relevant documentation is available and identifying and resolving any production process issues.
The successful Manufacturing Engineer will have the following experience:
Manufacturing background within an electronics environment
Defence industry knowledge
Manufacturing quality standards
Knowledge of the documentation involved for testing & modifying electronics products
